Spring is finally here!  We'll start the month by saying "S a wat dee" to everyone. In Thailand that is a typical greeting for Hello and Good Fortune. You can practice when you come to the dining hall to enjoy this month’s Food Focus “Hot Pot Sandwich”: Thai Red Curry Chicken.

For the last full month of school, the featured grain is Rye. Rye is a powerful grain and has been linked to helping prevent obesity, reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, and even help prevent gallstones. To get everyone started with the some of the benefits of rye we will be featuring: Rye Berry Salad with a delicious Orange Vinaigrette. A fresh taste for Spring! For most farmers it's planting season. Get your taste buds ready for local freshness.
